This all-in-one unit offers three video status options: viewers can pick from Standard, Choice (to tweak the picture to personal preference) and Cinema (which reproduces the rich texture of film). Movie-watchers will especially love the 8 event, 1 Month/Select VCR Plus + Function, which gives the power to automatically record programs by simply entering the VCR Plus codes, featured in virtually every television listing. Engineered with image-quality in mind, the TV-20F242 TV/VCR unit takes advantage of JVC's legacy of VCR design. Features include a 19-micron head and Quasi S-VHS Playback (SQPB), which mimics the higher resolution and clarity of tape formats superior to standard VHS.
