Stay Away from RCA!!!
Pros: Great Picture & Everything for the ONE year it worked!
Cons: After 1 year, just died - horrible customer support!
Review:
I would recommend staying away from all RCA Televisions. I was so excited when I bought my RCA Television, but after only 1 year of use, sitting in one place and never being moved, it just died completely.
I called RCA assuming they'd jump to take care of the problem and keep a customer. I was very wrong! After dragging me through the ringer for 6 months, leaving me without a TV in my living room for that entire time, their ultimate solution was to replace my TV with a downgrade! That's right, they DOWNGRADED me.
RCA is not into taking care of their customers or standing behind their product, so I would strongly suggest purchasing another brand of TV. I hope this helps save someone else from the horrible mess I've had to go through for the last 6 months, ultimately leaving me with a less expensive TV than what I actually paid for!
