Pros: beutiful picture and design nice size for price
Cons: tube are they not alittle too bulky woo........why no 720p support the Toshiba of the same size has a 4" smaller footprint

"Broke after a mere 14 months"
Pros: Decent high definition picture and great sound
Cons: Television broke down after 14 months (and I am a meticulous electronics enthusiast). I called Samsung Customer Support and this television will officially be RECALLED!

Pros: one phone call, and was asked if tomorrow was ok with me! also got a follow up call soon after the appt. by the way,.. the service call was actually not needed. ..excellent, will buy samsung dlp in a year or so, and put this baby in the bedroom.

"Do not buy from Hypeaudio.com"
Pros: I am not too familiar with the product yet, as the TV shipped from Hypeaudio.com is broken and they will not send a replacement.
Cons: Do not buy through Hypeaudio.com (CNET partnered vendor). I have a TV broken during shipping and they refuse to replace it. The are putting me in the middle of an insurance claim with their shipper and will not send me a new condition product even thoug
