    "Great picture Poor reliability"

    Pros: I don't think you can find a better picture. Ample inputs including HDMI. You can see the peach fuzz on people's faces

    Cons: Heavy Unit died after only 10 days.

    So...how/why did it die, what steps did you take to resolve the problem and how was it handled?
