"Had a great picture until it will not turn on"
Pros: Good Picture for the time it worked.
Cons: Extremely heavy and expected a longer life form a sony(more than 5.1 years)

"Quit at the 5 year mark...can't turn on anymore"
Pros: Had a great picture until it doed without warning. Just clicks a lot now.
Cons: Extremely heavy....expected a longer life than 4.9 years for a Sony.

Pros: Outstanding color and sharpness. Cannot see scan lines. Sony quality.
Cons: I am sensitive to the flickering effect of this sony CRT when viewing bright scenes (i.e. the sky). This TV is so detailed and beautiful, but I cannot stand to look at bright scenes so I am returning it. I'm looking at purchasing a LCD TV now.
