"This TV is just difficult to operate."
Pros: "When" the TV is working, the picture is great.
Cons: I have had the TV for three years and every year the TV breaks down. Fortunately I purchased a warranty - from Circuit City. But it takes up to five weeks to get the TV fixed. If needed parts are no longer available, then the TV will not get fixed.

"Sony engineers were crazy to think that they could charge $3000+"
Pros: Great sound, great dvd picture in 16:9 mode. DVD image quality through composite connection...EXCELLENT! Too bad because I like the overall style, screen size and stand of the TV.
Cons: Grainy and pixated cable and satellite image...TERRIBLE!!! the cable and satellite images are absolutely terrible. Images are EXTREMELY grainy as I mentioned, pixated and COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for ANY TV. (I reconnected my old 27" TV and the cable and s
