"After 1 year and 3 months NO PICTURE."
Pros: I bought this TV, because of the feature set and the picture quality.
Cons: After 14 months of use, the picture would take a few more seconds to come up than the audio. After a month, it took 15 minutes for the picture to come up... Now, its completely dead. I have a $400 cable tv RADIO. Toshiba's service is a big fat ZERO.

Pros: this product is amazing overall, the DVD's on this thing are unmatched and the normal cable channels the no "vertical compression" that this tv got as a con by the people at cnet reviews has changed this tv now offers vertical compression and i am very pl

"Do NOT buy this TV - or any other Toshiba product"
Cons: I bought this TV based on the high ratings it received, and now I am stuck with an enormous paperweight. A few months after the warranty expired, the screen went completely black. I cannot believe that a television could expire this quickly. What a piece

Pros: If you want a tv that will not last more than two years, this is the one.

Pros: Great picture, good inputs, good deals available.
Cons: Maybe all TV's hum, but mine is out of control. It does not hum all the time, but once it does, you can't ignore it. I think the people who don't complain about the hum are lucky enough not to have it, it's not that they don't hear it. My friend has th
