Pros very quiet

Cons does not clean dishes at all, they have more dirt on them than when they went in the washer.

Summary i was talked into purchasing this product by a salesman at souderton pa home depot. I did not know much about dishwashers but I do now. You cannot clean dishes in a washer without a heater. This washes has no heater. It takes the water directly from the water heater and that is not hot enough to clean dishes. Lg repair person said we need to raise the water temperature. We called a plumber to do that and still had dirty dishes. We told Lg that the repair person did not solve the problem and never heard back from LG.
My advise to anyone is to avoid all Lg products.
