Had this machine about a week and it cleans like crap.I just wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this machine. I am fighting with Home Depot to get my money back.

2 year old dishwasher, started leaking from vent in bottom of door. Spent $150 on repair-didn't fix it. Called LG. They were confrontational and rude when I asked them to reimburse me. (The repairman had told me that LG had issued a repair bulletin about this leaking due to a design flaw, and that it was issued even before I bought the dishwasher). They finally told me they could pay for the parts (about $20). This was a lie. They never paid. I threw the LG out and replaced it with a Whirlpool. I will never buy any kind of LG product ever again.
BUYER BEWARE.

I used to think LG was good too, but this machine is less than 3 years old and lost power during a cycle, now I got nothing - not even an error message. Even if you're no longer under warranty and want to cut your ties to LG, forget it. If you have a favourite technician that you know and trust, forget about calling him, because he can't get parts -- LG forces you to use one of their authorized service companies, who have so far been decidedly unhelpful in setting up an appointment, and get very mixed reviews on line. Avoid LG.
