"Hardware might be good - software is BAD"
Pros: None at all, so far
Cons: Won't work, support is not helping after 4 calls, can't uninstall, and now my machine is crippled
Summary: This product is not ready for release. The docs for installation are very inaccurate. It's not working at all for me, after many calls to support. Promises that a level 3 support analyst will call me back have not come to fruition, after 5 days. I cannot uninstall it's drivers, so now my mouse, keyboard, video, and all USB interfaces are rendered useless... I have to use the laptop-only devices. I'm giving them one more chance to make this work - then it's going back, and I'll never buy another Belkin product, if this is what they consider releasable.
