"Unable to use to full capability"
Pros: Ease of network attachment and power supply
Cons: unable to use external components
Summary: We have over a dozen of these. The intent was to have monitors, keyboards, mice, power supply and network cable attached to port replicator, so user could just take laptop.
Docking station does not recognize external mouse or keyboard, making this useless for our purposes.

The catalog entry on the Toshiba web site has a link where they detail precise compatibility information: "Note: Please click here to check the model specific compatibility prior to purchase". There are several laptop models that do not support the PS/2 keyboard and mouse, even though the port replicator has the sockets. They are very clear about it. You just made an assumption.
