Solid Solution but lacks full Mac support
Pros: Easy install, fast and easy operation once set up
Cons: Learning curve on concepts, Mac support not complete
Review: Love the program, and use it for my PC's and Macs, but it has a pretty glaring hole: a lot of common Macintosh files that have resource forks are ignored with no warnings. So far, I've found Adobe illustrator files, JPEG files and XML files (just to name a few) that are not moved - with no warning. Illegal filename also aren't copied to Windows (no surprise), but with those there is a CLEAR indication in the main status page that not all files have been copied.
If this resource fork issue was handled properly, this program would be unbeatable. Without it, it is an INCOMPLETE solution for data protection and sharing. Test thorougly with your own data set before counting on it.
I would rate this as EXCELLENT for Windows users, and MEDIOCRE for Mac or cross-platform users.

Great for sharing files between multiple computers-PC&Mac
Pros: Works with Macintosh. A simple way to share files.
Cons: Took a while to get the hang of it.

Fantastic utility for multi-PC users
Pros: Fast, reliable, delivers on its promise
Cons: UI could be more clear
Review: I use this product to keep data files on my laptop and desktop PC in sync. It does exactly that, and once set up, I don't have to give it a second thought.
The Web-based user interface is a little clunky, though, and the product won't handle syncing Outlook PST files. Other than that, no complaints at all.
