Pros: None - well it was cheap
Cons: No Documentation - Incompetent Techical Support
Summary: DONT BUY THIS OR ANY OTHER CA PRODUCT. First the Product comes with no written documentation except load the disk. Once loaded there is no Help.
The migration does not work.
The Cable was defective and CA would not take the product back. You wait 30 minutes plus to chat with TS then you get a person from another planet. They ask if you Pinged your PC. It takes them 10 minutes or longer to reply to just one question. They dont test to see if the cable they supply is the issue and after 1 hour they tell you to Contact MicroSoft. I guess we were all hoping after the last group of Executives were replaced CA would be re-entering the market with great products at a great price. Even if the Product was free and it is not - the hastle would negate any value.
It wouldn't be bad if they had on line informationa or solutions. But don't take my word just go to their site on line and look for solutons or even a downloadable product manual. At the end of the chat after blaming Microsoft they then highly reocmend you use the Live Customer Support which is Fee Based.
A Scam and Any Price
Terrible - A product sold without reasonable documentation should not be sold.
