"Buggy, terrible support, miserable upgrade policy."
Pros: Purchased because end-user had been using an oldver version, which minimized the learning curve.
Cons: Purchased v11 for full price. Had problems from day one. Version 12 was released shortly after purchase, was told we had to shell out another $99 for the 'upgrade', even though it had only been a few weeks and no fixed had been released for v11.

Pros: There is very little to like about this product
Cons: This was a good application until version 11.0 was released for Vista. The application frequently locks up, no longer supports printing from an application to the Paperport print driver. Indexing frequently fails. No support without paying
