Pros: NO pros at this time.
Cons: SEARS products don't last and the customer service is below standard. We tried ordering parts to try and fix it ourselves and that didn't work. SEARS does NOT know how to treat its customers and they don't sell reliable products.

"Terrible customer service and the machine never works"
Pros: When the machine isn't broken it works fine
Cons: The machine is broke most of the time. Many hours have been wasted on waiting for technicians who never arrive, phone calls to people who don't care and trips to the laundry mat because the brand new washer is broken for weeks at a time.
