"Overall a really great game, a lot of fun for all ages"

    by tech_fantatic on April 30, 2007

Pros: A different type of game, not your typical everyday game

Cons: A little on the easy side I wish it was a little harder

Summary: I'm not a big gamer, I play once and a while, but not too often. I thought this sounded like a good game, so I picked it up. I found the game to be really addictive and once I started playing I couldn't put it down, so that was definitely a good element.

I never really solve games, I usually get stuck and then leave them 1/2 or 3/4 finished. This was one of the first few games I've actually been able to solve, because of this my guess is going to be that the game is a little too easy. It did take me some time to solve it, but a good gamer could probably finish it in a few hours.

I've read that the game has the ability to be replayed because the story would sort of end up different each time, but I didn't really find that to be the case. It pretty much made you choose the one way and that was it, so there would be little that could be changed to make it different.

The other thing that I did not like was it was very easy for the game to end. Not realizing this I had played it a few hours without saving and then suddenly the game was over. Be very careful with what you do/ask so you don't get kicked out, which means the game is over, nothing you can do about it at that point. That being said, you can save whenever, so save often, or anytime you do something big.

Overall I really liked the game and think it was well worth the money, for me anyway. There were only abuot 2 places where I was little stuck, but I was able to work my way out. I do wish there was more that could be done with the game, but I really think it is a great game.

If you like mysteries and or solving puzzle type stories, it is a lot of fun. If you are getting this because of the puzzles and things to solve throughout the game, I think that there are better options.
