"I gave Earthlink the best years of my life"
Pros: Earthlink used to be a GREAT company
Cons: Since partnering with Sprint, their service is terrible
Summary: I've been an earthlink member for TEN years. After a particularly unhelpful support call, the latest of several about my DSL connection recently, I sent them the sort of letter that usualy gets a response from the the vice-president of customer relations. Earthlink's response: nothing. I once LOVED Earthlink. I used to tell all my friend about Earthlink. I was the most loyal customer a company could possibly ask for. But foget it. Ever since Earthlink entered this partnership with Sprint, the service and equipment has been unreliable, the technical support unhelpful, and the customer service unresponsive. Goodbye Earthlink
