"Best Available for the money"
Pros: Easy install flawless performance wide media compatibility (haven't made a DVD coaster yet with $1 non-brand disks!)
Cons: Support site is difficult to navigate, updates of firmware are a bit intimidating)

Pros: I have backed up Gigs of files and have had no problem so far. Works great with Roxio, DVD Copy XPRESS and many of my other programs. I have even used the drive over my home network to back up files from one pc to another. It's a real keeper.
Cons: The installation guide leaves a lot to be desired, but the realiablity makes up for that.
