Pros: Works writing with XP to blank CDs.
Cons: Can't get Roxio 5 Platinum to recognize the drive. Brand new Dell 8300, XP. Latest updates to Roxio (5.3.510j). Uninstalled and re-installed. Roxio and Sony both of little help, can't place blame on either, but both like to blame the other.
