Pros: Easy to use, no special tools for hookup. Dropped in hooked up loaded software started burning. Gets no simpler.

Pros: I have not found any yet.
Cons: I bought this and it has not been compable with my system yet.I'm running Windows XP Pro. Sony was helpful on the instillation, but it has not worked right yet. The Sony software required me to delete other companies software before it would run properly
