    Pros: great concept. I paid the extra money for the "all in one" concept. Glad I was able to get a full refund from a reputable chain store!

    Cons: I purchased this product at the start of Thanksgiving holiday 2003, and returned it at the end of the holiday week. Talk about an unproductive week!!!! The Arcsoft OEM is pure garbage. I spend endless days and days (not hours and hours) trying to burn s
