Pros: Easy to setup; included software is excellent

Cons: 50% recording success with dual layer media

Summary: I have talked to Memorex support about burning problems. Their response was that the dual layer media was not good enough for the recorder. I used Ritek which met the minimum standards for dual layer, which means that the recorder is not high quality. When using Verbatim dual layer media, my success rate is is ~50% with the failures being a loss of an expensive disk and my time to reset the job. The burner works well with single layer media. I would NOT recommend this unit to anyone.
