Cons: warranty replacement takes 3-4 weeks and costs me money
Summary: I had this for less than 3 weeks and only burned about 20 DVDs before it got an error and stop working. Manufacturer's tech support couldn't get it to work again. I have to send it back to the manufacturer (which I have to pay for) before they will send a replacement. I will not get a replacement for 3-4 weeks. I bought this to use now, not next month. So now I have to buy a new one.
