"Works well but not with new media"

Pros: Easy set up, worked a dream both with DVD+R and DVD+RW. Good software included

Cons: Will not work with any media other that 2.4x All new medal such as 4x will not work. Phillips promis new firmware but still waiting.

"Reliable Burner"

Pros: -reliability -burned DVDs play in many DVD-Players (succesfully tested myself a Movie-DVD on PC-Drives, Pioneer 525 and PS2) -works with many Burn-Programs (until now I haven´t found a non-working program)

Cons: -not "up do date" (speed only 2.4 x) -burns only DVD+/DVD+RW media

"Works flawlessly"

Pros: I have had my drive for some time now and have never had a problem. No buffer underruns which was a problem with my old Yamaha or HP. I have never had a failed CD-R or DVD burn.

Cons: A little pricey when I bought it, but since I have not had any problems I can't complain.
