    Pros: Works great, fast, love the included Nero software. DVDs work in all my DVD players. Love the ability to use double layer media. Perfect for notebook users who didn't want to pay for a $500 upgrade to get a slower, less-compatible DVD burner built in to t

    Cons: Price. $185 isn't bad from NewEgg but I'd prefer something around $150. Blank DVD media's expensive, but should come down in price. It's hit-or-miss trying to determine which kind of media (DVD+/-R, etc.) will burn the best and be compatible with your reg
