Pros: all kinds of features for the money
Cons: Flashes Hello and goes into standby. I'm not entertained.

"Solid performance after 2 years with only minor complaints"
Pros: + Beautiful progressive scan picture on a widescreen HDTV, and good picture on previous non-HD TV. + Clear and dynamic sound through both coaxial and optical digital outputs. + Plays DVD+R/RW even though it's not listed as a feature in the manual.

"Short life - won't leave "stand-by""
Pros: It produced a good picture - isn't it supposed to?
Cons: Same problem as others - flashes "Hello" and dies. like a power burp.

"Nice Features - Cheap components"
Pros: This product aspires to be much more than it can deliver. It life span is very short, like a Formula 1 car.
Cons: Lived for 5 months then refused to come out of Standby. It would flash "HELLO" to give comfort and show "TEST --" but that is all the entertainment it now provides.

"High quality for a low price."
Pros: Excellent feature set. Beautiful crisp image. Multifarious media reader. Copious array of connections. Sleek and aesthetically pleasing profile.
Cons: Had some funky problem with the read-out screen for about 4 months(just dead screen after start up), before I simply unplugged and replugged the unit. Works fine now.
