"Excellent product if you have lots of DVDs"
Pros: Holds 300+ discs. Can daisy chain a 2nd unit for 600 discs. Single play slot easy to access and has seperate controls. Plays DVD+/-R and +/-RW discs just fine. Also plays VCDs. Component video out.
Cons: Expensive. No progressive scan. Remote is complicated (I use a universal remote anyway). Only 12 characters allowed for labeling each DVD. No .mp3 playback.

"Two years, zero problems, one happy customer!"
Pros: Great sound, solid quality, plenty of music 'groups', keyboard connection for entry of artist and title, remembers disk info even if returned to different slot. A great value at $500, unbeatable at the $200 I got on the floor model!
Cons: Only 12 characters for artist and title, hard to read slot numbers printed on carousel.

"3 Years Old and Still The Best!"
Pros: Superior Picture and Sound Quality. Large Disk Capacity. Easy Organization of DVD's and On-Screen Title Selection. Does Not Autoplay on Startup Thank God! I also own the Sony DVP-CX875P and this Pioneer Beats it hands down for Picture Quality and Sound.
Cons: Not a Progressive Scan Player and cannot "Flip" Disks Like the Sony DVP-CX875P. Cannot Use Component Video when Master and Slaved with another DVF-727.
