Summary: I received my dvd player in the mail today. I decided to test this machine out before i gave it as a xmas gift and i'm so glad i did or i would have been extremely embarrassed. I put in a standard dvd in the dvd player and it played for 12 mins before the machine froze up. I then had to unplug the machine and wait 10mins before plugging it back in. I decided to try another dvd which only worked for 2 secs before it froze again. Now i'm in the process of trying to get my dvd out of the machine. And i have tried unplugging it over and over again and i still can't get it out.
I wanted a dvd that wasn't fancy and for 45 dollars i thought that would be great. Just because this project is on the cheaper side doesn't give them the right to make something worthless. Don't buy this project, it will be a waste of your time, you'll just end up having to take it back.

LOL, is it normal for a DVD player to breakdown after only two months of use. This product is a definite fail. Serves me right for buying a cheap Sony product. Buyer beware.
