AP362 Label Applicator

Summary: I bought this label applicator and have had it for around 5 months. It's most attractive part is the low cost. The AP360 is available for just over 1100 dollars, while a better unit will easily cost you 4,000. It is very easy to use right out of the box, and there is a nice diagram label on the side which helps you set the label path which is convenient. Its biggest problem is consistancy. The label seems to pull to one side making some labels crooked, and the label path drifts making it too high or low on the product you are labeling for small products. It might work great for larger items with less of a tolerance. While Primera is a company with great service overall, they were unable to help me with the problem or take the machine back since it has been a few months. Jamming was frequent, but it was not as bad as the other issues. I would not buy it again, but I praise Primera for coming up with affordable tools for a small business owner to manufacture their own products.
