    "18 months of reliable"

    Pros: Great job recording old VHS, TV Prog & DV/V8

    Cons: Occasional freezes when push wrong buttons in setting up recording.

    Summary: We have had the unit for 18 months. Some difficulty getting the software updates offered on line but it did not seem to matter. Not sure if my unit is the same as the ones now out under LVW-5001 but we really have had not complaints. Not as versatile as some of the newer ones out but quite adequate. Does a great job!
