    "Easy set up and good so far"

    Pros: SP picture quality, no hassles

    Cons: Only one rear AV input (second is in front panel)

    Summary: Definitely has a TV tuner coax input for your basic cable chanels (upto 125). Good picture on SP, EP not bad for most programming, and this was only through the component cables (so no upconverting yet). I was able to get some noticeable improvement in the EP recording by recording an HD program output from my HD cable box (using standard AV cables into AV1). Its in letterbox but you can use the TV's zoom function to size to full screen. Suggest playing with the darkness and black level settings in the DVD player's Setup menu to get the best picture for your TV. I like it says it will record to dual layer, but I haven't tried that yet.
