"Very easy to use DVD recorder, but needed repair after 4 months"
Pros: Easy to Use Remote and Menus / HD reception / DVD Ram
Cons: needed repair after 4 months / poor customer service
Summary: Very easy to use DVD recorder.
Remote and menus really makes dvd recording a snap!
The HD receiver is able to pickup channels other people in my condo units are watching! on channels 101-104. Very odd!
DVD Ram / USB port comes in handy.
After 4 months of use, sound died. Calling the manufacturer was very annoying. They tried to come up with every possible excuse to blame the problem on the cable company before allowing me to send the product back for repairs. Good thing I know my tech stuff so I could get them to fix it. And I still had to pay $69 for labor costs after 3 months.

I am having problems with the DVD drawer not opening or closing on demand. I have had the unit for 7 months, and I will try to get some warranty service.
