The Panasonic SC-HT820V ($399 list) is the only home-theater-in-a-box (HTIB) system in the company's 2004 lineup that includes an integrated VCR along with the five-disc DVD changer/receiver. Except for the built-in VCR, it offers power, a speaker configuration, and features similar to those of the SC-HT670.
