Cons: Software, screen problems, very POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Summary: I purchased my Kobo in Feb 2011. In Aug 2011, I had to contact Kobo to get a replacement since 1/3 of my screen went blank. They sent me new one and I was fine. 2 months later (Oct 2011), the screen problems happened again. Contacted Kobo and now they want me to pay to ship and insure my Kobo so they can "inspect" it. Obviously this is a reoccurring problem and they should cover all costs in my opinion. On top of all that....they tell me after this I will no longer be able to get a replacement (if I ever get my 2nd) due to the fact that I am only allowed 2 during my warranty period. When the problem is their defective device???
