Kobo is a terrible company, and this product is terrible. Please heed my advice and spend you hard earned dollars on a company that deserves them. The customer service at Kobo is absolutely awful -- when you do get someone they have no way of helping you themselves; you have to download files off the internet, then email those (if you can find them), to Kobo, and then MAYBE a technician will get back to you. How companies like this can still exist in today's marketplace truly baffle me. Boycott!
