Pros: Touch Screen, Small form, Sharp & Crisp even in bright light. Supports many formats and can download books from the library. Really love the dictionaries and ability to double tap a word and look it up. Very easy on the eyes. I took it to the de
Cons: The Sony Software on my PC could be a little better (sometimes can be sluggish). The software on the reader is excellent.
Summary: Overall, this is a great reader. It really works for what it was designed for, READING. I disagree that the lack of WIFI is a big letdown. Yes it would be nice (and Sony has a reader with all the features of the PRS 650 PLUS Wi-Fi for a little more. I figure that I need to plug the device in sometimes to charge the battery (no wireless way to do this yet), and I want copies on my computer for backup. I figure I'll turn many more pages with touch screen than I'll need to wirelessly download books. Borrowing from library is excellent, and not being limited to any store is also a great feature of this device. I've had my reader since November 2010, and use it everywhere. Feels like a real book... Strongly recommend purchasing this reader.I took my reader with me to my last trip to the dentists office. The doctor was surprised by the small size and that it made her kindle look huge. The construction of the device is very solid, feels great in the hand, and very easy to use. Just swipe finger across screen and the page changes. The extra dictionaries are also an excellent.
