Very buggy compared to the 2003 version
Pros: No learning curve to previous Norton IS users
Cons: Previous versions were great, so I uopgraded. A mistake. Web assistant icon disappears; anti-spam is no better than MS-Outlook at filtering and prominent AntiSpam toolbar cannot be permanently removed from Outlook; also results in extremely slow boot up
