    "I will never knowingly buy from Maxtor again!!"

    Pros: Bought from Costco so I can get a cash refund. PLEASE SEE BELOW!!

    Cons: I SPENT 30,000 MINUTES(that's right, 20 + DAYS worth of time) archiving my music collection and the hard drive crashed during the warranty period. Maxtor said they were not responsible and said I could go to a data recovery service but they would not pay
