    "Died after 30 days - lost all my data."

    Pros: Simple web interface

    Cons: Box dies after 30 days. Its horribly slow. Buff Tech support need to learn their own product. Tech support had me update firmware because box was dying. The firmware upgrade wiped out all my data.

    Summary: I would look for a different vendor. Buff Tech support is useless and their customer support even worse. After 33 days, I have to pay to have them send me a product that works. Spent 4 hours on the phone with tech support which doesn't seem to know their own product. RUN don't walk to a different vendor and device.
