"Great value"
Pros: Overall Value
Cons: Serviceability
Summary: Sounds like one reviewer got a lemon with poor service and the other likes to tinker. This unit has performed flawlessly for me and is now available at Fry's for $1000, not $2000. Now I won't say this is the fastest NAS box or the most serviceable, but if you want high capacity and respectable performance and product stability I highly recommend this product.
I did try their multimedia streamer too and though it's not ready for prime time I did receive excellent service on it. After trying it out I returned it without a hassle.
