Summary Got the drive very happy with it. KEEP THE BOX, as that's what I use to transport it from computer to computer stealing music video and games.
That's what the 500 gig hard drive is made for. So yeah they do lie on how much actaull memory there is. They lost 35gig(s) along the way somehow. Do buy it for it's price but do be carefull, as the exterior does feel sturdy it's still a hard drive that can break and that video of harvey birdman attorney at law isn't so clear anymore. -

Cons bright activity LED
Summary This was the cheapest drive I could find for the size. It looks good and worked like it should out of the box. My only complaints are the bright activity light and the drive stand is too difficult to attach. I never attached it, and I keep the drive with the LED pointed to the desk.
