    "The Hawking HNAS1 is slow, unreliable, and offers inadequate ventilation for the drive."

    Pros: Simple installation and setup, static IP address.

    Cons: Unreliable, inadequate heat dissipation, no customer service.

    Summary: Save your money and time by avoiding this product. Although I purchased the Hawking HNAS1 knowing that its processor would not be as robust as higher-end NAS devices, this product is simply unacceptable for network file sharing or storage (at home or office).
