"Good Product Idea - Badly Executed"
Pros: Easy installation for novice users with minimal requirements.

Pros: Easy to get on the network and map Attractively priced
Cons: Bundled software hangs like it was coded pre-Windows 95. Haven't had to re-boot my machine like this in years. Documentation sparse and company support MIA. I expected better based on the reviews here on CNET
