"A defective hard drive backed by the worst customer service I have experience in years."
Pros: Makes a great paper weight
Cons: Horrible customer service. No quality control. Drive is remarkably slow. Drive does not shut off by its off button as long as power is still applied and it's plugged into a running computer.
