"Iomega shipped a dead product and does not support a replacement at no cost."
Pros: Never got the item to work, so nothing Pro about it
Cons: ODA out of the box, 2 hours of tech support, and an RMA with no call tag to ship the item back for replacement

"Good storage, problems solved eventually"
Pros: Fairly easy to manage on cross-platform network, fairly good storage
Cons: Loss of configuration after firmware upgrade; failed once (firmware issue; drives were fine) and Iomega replaced unit. First replacement was DOA. Second unit is fine.

"IOMEGA has absolutely no idea what they are doing"
Pros: The features this device is advertised to come with are perfect for a small business. That is the best thing about this product- what it is advertised as.
Cons: This product is absolutely horrible. Calling tech support is a joke. IOMEGA does not appear to be a real company. The drive fails constantly. Cost us thousands of dollars to retrieve our data after a final, fatal failure. STAY AWAY FROM IOMEGA.
