"Iomega shipped a dead product and does not support a replacement at no cost."
Pros: Never got the item to work, so nothing Pro about it
Cons: ODA out of the box, 2 hours of tech support, and an RMA with no call tag to ship the item back for replacement
Summary: Iomega issued an RMA to replace a unit that was defective out of the box, however they were unwilling to pay for the return freight. I spoke to a Supervisor who let me know that they will not pay the freight on a factory defective unit. Clearly Iomega has no respect for the customer and does not support product quality.
