"Good storage, problems solved eventually"
Pros: Fairly easy to manage on cross-platform network, fairly good storage
Cons: Loss of configuration after firmware upgrade; failed once (firmware issue; drives were fine) and Iomega replaced unit. First replacement was DOA. Second unit is fine.
Summary: It ha been fairly reliable storage; Iomega tech support was generally pretty good. They answer the phones quickly, and some techs are better than others. Disappointed that the first replacement unit was DOA; second one arrived quickly.
