"Great Products but VERY POOR support"
Pros: Iomega do good products, No doubt about it. But you need to think, is it worth purchasing with a warranty that basically covers nothing.
Cons: If and when your storage product fails, you must pay 20 euros to talk to support.
There on line chat does not really have any effect as you will be directed to email. and the email support seems to keep resending the same email.Summary: I will aslo add, If your back up device fails... read more
