"Several hardware failures"

Pros: Love the multiple connection options; good speed, runs cool. Very cool case design. Decent price.

Cons: Multiple drives failed within first few hours of operation. Customer support took 2 days to respond to inquiries and complaints.

"Perfect drive"

Pros: - Quiet
- Plenty of space
- Fast
- FireWire, USB, eSATA
- 3 years warranty

Cons: - Not exactly 1TB (931 Go)
- Big blue Led light that light up the room in the night
