"Don't buy it"
Pros: Hooks up easily
Cons: Dies and takes your music with it
Summary: Worked fine for 6 months. Then one day it just stopped. Customer support is hopeless and too slow. If your NAS drives you want it confirmed quickly so that you can move on and buy something else. Not left hanging there. Save your time and money. Don't buy it.

Absolutely right - Same exact thing just happened to me. 6 months fine. Now dead. The only feature I was looking for was reliability was all I was looking for. I only hope you're comment on Customer Service isn't true. But I'll find out soon enough.
